Bill Gates this was intended for your site regarding allowable free speech

  • Reply to @Andrew Joseph Blanche: I do not think that is the real concern that people have ? I think you Are wrong about the underlying premise. It is not about politics ,it is all about a civil society and how to interact not only within the Canadian border but globally. Mr Trudeau, this is what you need to do. When one signs up for an account at any online newspaper or blog regardless of size you need to have a section that can accept Government issued I.D. You need to convince the newspapers such as The New York Times or Globe and Mail it is in their best interests. I would assume that those that would like to participate in social media will have no problem with providing this information. It will benefit the Newspapers more than likely only due to the fact that it shows commitment to social media behaviour . Every news outlet is biased in their own way as to what they consider acceptable commentary. Most people have interest in writing about something that interests them regardless if on facebook or national news sites. so! When aliases or people hiding behind a moniker try to disrupt the otherwise civil conversation it is being done to cause angst in some cases. Some people after reading articles based on politics and religion that differ from there own might lash out has feeling repressed or marginalised or at least that has been stated as a fear from the government ,maybe rightfully so or maybe not, the best way the Government can tackle the problem is by proving identity by forcing all social media outlets to start asking for ID for the privilege of participating in online society.

Method and system for social credit scoring

    Abstract

A method for calculating a social credit score based on online activity of a user is provided. Online activity may be monitored and processed to calculate an indicator of user activity and its influence on other users to obtain a social credit score of the user. Social credit scores may be used to stimulate users to be more active in their online socializing, share their content, and provide information. Social credit scores may be a source of information for advertisers, employers, bankers, and others. Information on social credit scores may be analyzed to determine users with high scores to distinguish top score users and mark them with special prizes, titles, or symbols. Additionally, a list of top scorers may be published via a social networking engine or otherwise as an additional factor of stimulation for other users.

It now appears Twitter under the ownership of Elon Musk is thinking of charging $8.00 a month for the privilege of proving one's authenticity when participating on Twitter ! Basically they want you to provide government identification along with $8.00.

I believe the advancements in internet search engines like Google to produce any one persons statement really quite outstanding in 2022 .

But in 2023? I find those at times, who might have added to the conversation regardless of where the story originated and regardless of size, as regardless of size they are trying to gain hits in order to produce an income by way of advertising and sponsors and should because of this be highly regulated. And all communication between those that wrote is permanently retained. I also believe that when people write into online sites, it is the government's responsibility , while trying to gain control over what is being propagated to retain all communication and not allow for news sites  regardless of size to decide its appropriateness . As how can anyone other than the genius that wrote it really understand its relevance if society cannot find what one human had to say at this particular time in history

If the elite of this society and those that believe the social credit society will prevail into our everyday lives in the future better get a handle on this particular issue . They need to find past communication regardless of whether that site is still in operation while making those trying to make a living off it produce all communication from the outside world.

It should  no longer be allowed that communication between internet broadcasters be edited or allowed not visible? But visible and let the author take responsibility for their actions and how they would like to be remembered by those in the future, past and present.

Yesterday I called the CRTC to ask a question relating to bill C-11 and bill 18. The CRTC stated that the intent was to promote Canadian news and media content. The act is really quite convoluted to some degree and full of legal references . So be it! As I am being told by the CRTC management that they have no intent on trying to curb censorship and it is being done only with the intent to promote Canadian content.

Personally ,It seems to have similarities to what I would have considered a general premise back in 2019, as a positive for reigning in content that might pose detrimental to Canadian society.

I believe Bill c63 is in fact quite close to what I have been advocating for in principal since 2019 as a way to gain control over online hate and misinformation while trying to gain an income from it. Actually today was the first time I have called Justin Trudeau on this particular issue going so far as to show support for bill c63 . Leaving my phone and contact information so as to compare his train of thought to my own from 2019. I support Bill C63 and believe it is close in ideology to my own thinking .

But ? My version of what steps needed to be taken, was not to threaten criminal action ,it did not occur to me!, I was more attuned to the idea of self incrimination by way of taking responsibility by way of public humiliation . More of a public database of past participation that could be stored like a credit rating issue pertaining to late payments in the issuance of credit!

Let it remain a reminder to those who have either calculated out a response to issues or responded to issues of politics ,race and religion hastily without contemplation but out of sudden angst and rage towards any online issue be accountable by letting it remain as long as that person can be publicly identified for how there mind works, it would more than likely help banks determine potential losses and let the public world wide know who they might be doing business with ,hence the need for government to force online broadcasters of all sizes to confirm by way of proof of who they really are and not hiding behind a moniker, as a moniker right or wrong cannot take credit for there public contribution into society. If someone wants to be remembered in the future as hateful and without care of the written word so be it! But hold them accountable while making it public to the rest of the world . They might repent publicly knowing it is visible in such a visible way helping change their attitude and perception of life due inner reflection after public exposure.

The attempted assasination of Donald Trump seems indicative of the side effects of mass media and those who are prone to being effected.

Personally ,I believe those that now profess in hindsight the rhetoric in the news towards Donald Trump was too harshs ,outlandish and that it helped fuel the fire by helping it come to fruition should have been applying critical thinking on the issue of side effects before it became a problem .

Donald Trump is just the centre of attention at the moment of what is the ramifications of mass media on the human mind ,while those who capitulated to the fears of covid have also been affected, it is how they respond that is the issue.
